On Saturday, February 11, 2012, Varsity Team, Incorporated will be hosting our 1st Annual “Hearts for Hearts Jazz Benefit for Foster Youth." Our event will feature Jazz Artists Eric Darius, Jessy J, Une' and MC Ernest L. Thomas "Raj" from "What's Happening."
The purpose of the event is to call local attention to the nearly 7,000 foster youth in San Diego who do not have a place to call home. Our goal is to raise enough money to provide homes for an additional 20 foster youth.
The nights' event will include:A jazz concert, silent auction, opportunity drawing and various valentine vendors. Silent Auction payments may be made through PayPal or cash at the event.
